Founded in 2022 by Stephanie and Shawn Foley, our company brings professional chef-led culinary experiences directly to vacation rentals, cabins, chalets, and event locations throughout the Smoky Mountains.
We offer private chef dinners, interactive cooking classes, chef demonstrations, vacation meal prep services, and customized culinary experiences designed for families, couples, retreats, corporate groups, and special celebrations. Chef John has more than 50 yeas of culinary experience as a passionate educator and former instructor at the New England Culinary Institute. In every class he brings deep culinary expertise, creativity and a commitment to fine food.
