Sweet Biscuits & Strawberries

A very simple recipe that makes a great dessert or breakfast treat. These sweet biscuits can work with any fruit topping or try a little honey or jam, you can’t go wrong!

3 cups self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 egg
3//4 cup milk
Salt???

Whipped cream (optional)
